Warranty Service

Drawmer Electronics Ltd., warrants products to conform substantially to the specifications within the product operator's manual for a period of one year from the original date of purchase when used in accordance with the specifications outlined.

In the case of a valid warranty claim, Drawmer will repair or replace the product without charge, or, if not possible, to refund the purchase price to you. This is at Drawmer’s discretion. This warranty is not transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

The full terms and conditions of your product warranty can be found within the product operator's manual.

  • Contact either Drawmer Electronics Ltd or the Dealer where the unit was purchased giving full details of the difficulty.

Repairs

Non-Warranty

It is our policy to try and support products indefinitely even after they have been discontinued. This is dependant on whether we are able to secure parts either from our own stock or our suppliers (although this may be at a premium rate due to small quantity purchasing).

However some parts such as metalwork, PCB’s and product specific components (IC’s, LCD Displays etc) may prove to be either obsolete or uneconomical to source/replace and may mean that we are no longer able to support these products.

Products no longer supported:

S2 Dual Channel Vacuum Tube Compressor

S3 Three Band Stereo FET Compressor

DC2476 Mastering Processor

DC2496 High Resolution A/D Converter

M500 Dynamics Processor

DS301 Dual MIDI Expander/Gate

LX20 Dual Expander Compressor
